Looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Partnership Associate to support the growth of our partner network. You will work closely with the Partnership Lead to help close high-impact deals, while also proactively identifying, engaging, and managing your own portfolio of partners. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a full-cycle partnership or business development role.

- Support in Deal Closure
- Prospecting & Outreach
- Partner Engagement
- Data & Reporting
- Coordination
- Market Research
- Event & Activation Support:Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence in engaging new people and building rapport.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based, or hybrid environment.
What Success Looks Like:
- High-quality support leading to faster deal closures.
- New partners sourced and signed independently. (at least 10 in the first 3 months)
- A growing, well-managed partner database. (50+ partners)
- Positive feedback from both internal teams and partners.
