About the Role
As a Repair Technician, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our electric motorcycles operate at peak performance. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing issues, implementing lasting repairs, and maintaining the trust our customers place in Zembo.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Identify mechanical and electrical issues in electric motorcycles, ensuring permanent solutions that prevent recurring problems.
- Quick Turnaround: Efficiently manage repair tasks to achieve swift turnaround times without compromising on repair quality.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance to preempt potential issues, enhancing vehicle longevity.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and time taken for each task.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Customer Success and Operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in electric motorcycle technologies and repair methodologies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in electric motorcycle or electrical car-components repair.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical components of electric motorcycles.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software relevant to electric vehicle maintenance.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring every repair meets Zembo's quality standards.
- Communication: Ability to clearly document repair processes and communicate effectively with team members.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair techniques.
