2. Roles:

The post holder will be responsible of the following:

• Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.
• Monitoring the construction process and providing training.
• Always ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Performing equipment and material routine site inspection.
• Staying up to date with safety codes in the entire construction process.
• Assisting with the regulations of contract workers & training new staff.

3. Qualifications (Personal, Professional and Academic)

• Experience in leadership role.
• Experience in the Construction industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills bilingual added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple Projects simultaneously with an eye for quality.
• Demonstrate ability to operate in an international setting.
• Proactive, inspirational, and trustworthy person.
• Independent self-motivated with good communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in the energy, clean tech or utility sector.
• Enthusiasm in working for the field of renewable energy.

Education.

• High school or Diploma in Engineering is a preferred or related Field.
• 2+ years’ experience in managing new construction power generation & distribution.
