WWF International is undertaking Project Hazina, a strategic initiative to implement a unified, cloud-based Global Finance & Accounting System (GFAS). This transformation supports WWF’s 3-Year Strategic Plan, particularly Strategy 4, which emphasizes optimized systems and digital enablement and Roadmap 2030, the overarching WWF Network strategy. The project aims to modernize financial operations, enhance transparency, and support data-driven decision-making across WWF’s global offices.

WWF International is now seeking the services of an experienced Finance and Accounting System or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant to execute the early-action plan outlined in this Scope of Works (SOW) to prepare the organization for implementation of the new Hazina (GFAS) project. The Consultant will work closely with the Global Finance and Global Technology & Digital Solutions (GTDS) management as well as the functional and technical teams to define the scope of the project, gather business requirements, and create a Business Case, Functional Requirements and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents that accurately reflect the business needs and objectives.
