We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Agents based in Mchinji. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and are eager to contribute to our mission, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell Wala Ltd’s products and services to customers in Mchinji and other districts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales reports to management on a regular basis.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of a Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Diploma will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Chichewa
• Should have a smartphone
• Must be based in Mchinji .
