Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on individual passionate about fish handling and lake operations?

We are seeking a Fish Handling Supervisor to oversee recount protocols, counter-screen processes, and accurate recording of data from handled cages.

You will coordinate towing plans, ensure mother and destination cages are properly fed and prepared, and work with Lake Operations to ensure timely cage setting, net integrity, and adequate sinkers.

This role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and commitment to safe and efficient fish handling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custodian of recount protocols.
• In-charge of the counter screen processes and daily livestreaming of the data from handled cages.
• Ensure all mother cages and destination cages are well feed per protocol.
• Coordinate towing plan with inshore handling and towing teams
• Work closely with the lake operations department to ensure timely setting of destination cages for stocking.
• Responsible for the final inspection of the net integrity for all destination cages.
• Work closely with the feeding and lake operations teams to ensure all cages have adequate sinkers and keep the inventory for it.
• Any other duty assigned by the manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of a High School Diploma

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization
• Basic Microsoft Office experience
• Professionalism and strong work ethic
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to train, monitor and direct team members
• Ability to follow established standard operating procedures
• Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company
• Organization skills
• Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision
• Time conscious
