Are you a hands-on, organized, and responsible individual passionate about fish farming and team coordination?

We are seeking a Lake Feeding Foreman to coordinate feeding activities, allocate cages and responsibilities, and supervise feeders to ensure efficient operations.

You will be responsible for managing feed orders and equipment, coordinating feeding schedules, training feeders, monitoring D.O. levels, and ensuring proper feeding techniques and protocols are followed.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to efficient feeding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cage allocation and delegation of responsibilities
• Ensuring that projects are completed successfully
• Feed order placement
• Check and sign session books
• Supervision of feeders in collaboration with supervisor
• Managing equipment for feeding e.g kayak and paddles, scoop nets etc
• Report on all zone/concession related issues
• Train feeders
• creating zone/concession schedule and coordinate with other foremen and supervisors
• Checking D.O reading within the concession and advice based on feeding protocol
• Feeding with feeders and enhance proper feeding technique.
• Ensuring all feeders have the best working tools for better feeding such as calibrated scoop
• Any other assigned duties

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of a High School Diploma

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge on fish feeding techniques and feed optimization
• Basic Microsoft Office experience
• Professionalism and strong work ethic
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to train, monitor and direct team members
• Ability to follow established standard operating procedures
• Ability to communicate and report through different channels available in the company
• Organization skills
• Possess good personality and communication skills, with the ability to do tasks under stressful environment and minimum supervision
• Time conscious
