a Commercial Admin Supervisor in the Administration Department. This is an opportunity to help contribute to the

Commercial Admin Supervisor Role:
Commercial Operations:

• Ensuring branches are supplied with their day to day supplies for a smooth operation.
• Ensure all the commercial employees are fully compliant with PPE and uniform policies.
• Ensuring the warehouses are well maintained and making requests via Procurement for any repairs needed.

Finance:

• Drawing up budgets for and coordinating Commercial events.
• Ensuring branch rents are tracked and paid on schedule
• Tracking of LC expenses and reporting to Finance on a weekly basis.
• Ensuring invoices are appropriately approved and forwarded to finance for payment.
• Managing LC petty cash account and travel allowances for Commercial team.

Staff Welfare:

• Ensure staff welfare is in line with the rest of the company.
• Issuance of commercial monthly certificates and awards to the team members on a monthly basis.
• Ensure Logistic Centre (LCs) and retail branches are adequately supplied with necessary items for smooth
  operations (cleaning materials, PPE, water etc.)
  

Events and Hospitality:

• Managing of external visitors e.g. investors to the LCs

Skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Business Management or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in an administrative role.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable on the computer using Office applications.
• Adept at negotiation and able to handle specific procurement assignments.
• Skilled multi-tasker who can accomplish a range of projects on schedule.
• Strong time management, prioritization abilities and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Go-getter who wants to get things done, results-oriented, able to follow projects through to final completion.
