Dział Wsparcia Operacyjnego w obszarze Bonding aktywnie wspiera fabryki i stanowi łącznik pomiędzy operacjami produkcyjnymi, a działami technicznymi PE oraz R&D. Zespół koncentruje się na ciągłym doskonaleniu procesów produkcyjnych oraz odpowiada za kwalifikację materiałów. Zespół Wsparcia Operacyjnego będzie składał się z 1–2 inżynierów pracujących w obszarze procesów klejenia i będzie częścią większego Działu Bonding, liczącego 10–16 wysoko wykwalifikowanych inżynierów. Dział jest podzielony na pięć zespołów: Proces, Oprzyrządowanie, Dokumentacja, Wsparcie Operacyjne oraz Szkolenia.
Zakres obowiązków
Będziesz odgrywać kluczową rolę w doskonaleniu procesów produkcji łopat turbin wiatrowych. W przypadku braku dogłębnej wiedzy z zakresu materiałów kompozytowych i produkcji łopat, kluczowa będzie chęć nauki i rozwoju w tym obszarze. Wprowadzane usprawnienia będą wspierać stabilność i efektywność procesów, przyczyniając się do poprawy ogólnych wyników biznesowych w obszarach: Bezpieczeństwo, Jakość, Dostawa i Koszty (SQDC).
Twoje zadania będą obejmować m.in.:
- Wspieranie ciągłego doskonalenia procesów Bonding we wszystkich zakładach produkcyjnych
- Analizę obecnych procesów i strategiczne wdrażanie usprawnień
- Tworzenie i zarządzanie Engineering Change Notices (CNs) oraz prowadzenie projektów doskonalących
- Prowadzenie pilnych eskalacji produkcyjnych w celu sprawnego rozwiązywania problemów na produkcji.
- Przeprowadzanie kwalifikacji materiałów, planowanie testów oraz zapewnienie właściwej dokumentacji wyników
- Analizę i rozwiązywanie problemów produkcyjnych z wykorzystaniem metod strukturalnych (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
- Wykorzystywanie analizy danych oraz narzędzi jakościowych (SPC, Lean) w celu poprawy wyników i wspierania ciągłego doskonalenia
Wymagania
- Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (inżynieria mechaniczna lub pokrewne)
- Wymagane doświadczenie w procesach klejenia i montażu (szczególnie w produkcji łopat)
- Minimum 6–8 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w środowisku produkcyjnym lub w obszarze doskonalenia procesów
- Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego; znajomość języka polskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem
- Gotowość do podróży służbowych oraz dłuższych pobytów w zakładach produkcyjnych
- Umiejętność pracy z systemami i dokumentacją (np. proces ECM, dokumentacja produkcyjna)
- Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu zadań i projektów doskonalących
Kompetencje
- Certyfikacja Green Belt Six Sigma oraz podstawowa wiedza techniczna z zakresu kompozytów będą atutem
- Wysokie kompetencje techniczne, analityczne i operacyjne w obszarze materiałów kompozytowych, produkcji precyzyjnej oraz ciągłego doskonalenia
- Umiejętność projektowania i optymalizacji procesów klejenia łopat lub ogólnych procesów produkcyjnych
- Gotowość do pracy bezpośrednio w środowisku fabrycznym w celu zrozumienia procesów i rozwiązywania problemów
- Podejmowanie decyzji w oparciu o dane, doświadczenie w stosowaniu SPC oraz metod Six Sigma
- Znajomość narzędzi rozwiązywania problemów, takich jak 5 Why, Fishbone oraz FMEA
- Wysoka samodzielność, orientacja na wyniki, dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność efektywnej współpracy i podejścia proklienckiego

The Operational Support Department in Bonding provides active support to the factories and acts as a link between practical operations and technical departments in PE and R&D. The team focuses on continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and is also responsible for materials qualifications. The Operational Support team will consist of 1–2 engineers working on bonding processes and is part of the larger Bonding Department of 10–16 highly skilled engineers. The department is organized into five teams: Process, Tooling, Documentation, Operational Support, and Training.
Responsibilities
You will play a key role in improving the manufacturing processes for wind turbine blades. If you do not have a deep knolled withing composite materials and blades manufacturing, you will have high motivation to get it. Your improvements shall support process stability and capability to improve overall business performance; Safety Quality Delivery and Cost (SQDC)
- Facilitate continuous improvement of Bonding processes across all manufacturing sites
- Analyze current processes and strategically implement improvements
- Create and manage Engineering Change Notices (CNs) and lead improvement projects
- Act as case handler for urgent escalations to resolve production issues quickly
- Conduct material qualifications, plan tests, and ensure all results are properly documented
- Investigate and solve production problems using structured methods (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)
- Use data analytics and quality tools (SPC, Lean) to improve performance and support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineer or alike
- Experience in bonding and assembly processes (especially in blade manufacturing) is required
- 6–8 years of experience in similar manufacturing or process improvement roles
- Fluent English, Polish language will be valuable
- Willingness to travel and stay at factory sites for extended periods of time
- Ability to work with systems and documentation (e.g., ECM process, shop floor documentation).
- Extensive experience leading improvement tasks and projects
Competencies
- GB Six Sigma and basic technical knowledge of composites will be beneficial
- Proficient technical, analytical, and operational skills in composite materials, precision manufacturing, and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in process design and optimization for blade bonding or general manufacturing processes
- Willingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand processes and solve problems
- Data-driven decision making, with experience using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma
- Proficiency with problem-solving tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and FMEA
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly organized, with effective collaboration and customer-oriented mindset
