Repair Operations is located in Lem where we have over 3200 m2 of production facilities. We are over 70 employees in 4 departments. This job is for permanent employment as a project coordinator is for our office department where we are 5 employees. In addition, we have a travel department with 30 employees, local production with 10 employees, and repair shop with 25 technicians in Brighton, Colorado. The blades are delivered defect to us, we renovate and then transferred to either our service warehouse or back to our customers.
You will refer to the manager of the department.

Responsibilities
Your main work areas as project coordinator will be:

• Follow up on our activities global
• Giving input to the business case, planning of new sites and project
• Following up weekly on ongoing project with the team on site, regarding cost, timeline blade reports and delivery of blades
• Updating this in the daily management and in the strategy deployment
• After project ends: create a lesson learned to see what to optimize. All of this in close cooperation with the team leader for the travel technicians, project manager, technicians on site and office

Qualifications

• You are working in a structured way with project management in all sizes of projects. From start to finish if the project is 1 month or 2 years
• Understanding of working with technicians and subcontractors across the world
• Have a great motivation to chase cost and optimization and can work with Excel and SAP to do so
