Regional Production Engineering NAC/HUB/ELEC APAC

Responsibility

• Having experience in production engineering
• Handled a technical team of engineers for multiple projects
• Support and coordinate with PE on NPI and tech transfer projects
• Solve factory and customs queries from respective stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and propose process changes and improvements to the Central PE
• Understand and review the process, and define the capacity of the equipment and the hours required
• Review the BOM for the process area. Handle ECRs and ECOs in the system across regions and implement them on the shop floor
• Having knowledge of tooling for equipment and fixtures

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree majoring in manufacturing engineering or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing field experience.

• Taking initiative
• Getting along with the team in complex situations and getting things done.
• Able to adapt to travel for work

Competencies

• The candidate should have good technical abilities
• Should have a background in manufacturing
• Knowledge of SAP and awareness of ECM
• Should have knowledge of performing root cause analysis
• Professional in presentation and communication skills in an English-speaking environment
