Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our growing sales team.
  • The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who is passionate about sales and building customer relationships.
  • You will ensure each client fully understands our product offerings, follow up on existing leads, and develop new ones over time. In this role, you will contribute to high-level decision-making and help shape the company’s growth while supporting other business functions as needed.
  • This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales who can thrive in both market and informal environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical customer outreach and cold calls to generate new leads.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and interactions to drive sales.
  • Serve as a trustworthy and approachable representative of our brand to all customers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Assist with sales strategies and marketing efforts to meet sales goals.
  • Support the development and expansion of the company’s sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to excel in both formal and informal market environments.
  • Strong organisational, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Background or interest in the energy or sustainability sector is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of self-motivation with a proactive approach to generating new business.
