The Technical Water and Environmental Advisor will: • Provide high-level technical guidance on water governance, environmental sustainability, and climate resilience strategies for JOSP. • Support policy development and institutional strengthening in sustainable water resource management. • Ensure the integration of ecosystem-based approaches in JOSP infrastructure projects. • Develop capacity-building initiatives for government stakeholders and implementing partners. • Monitor and evaluate the program’s adherence to environmental and social safeguards (ESS).
