The Sustainer Acquisition Associate will report into the Manager, Sustainer Acquisition and provide operational and administrative support for the Face-to-Face Fundraising program. This position is responsible for financial processes, data reporting and vendor logistics.
The Sustainer Acquisition Associate will prepare and process weekly invoices for multiple vendors. They will be responsible for reconciling fees and refunds, and following up with vendors to resolve errors and payment delays. The Associate will lead multiple data processes required to support the data, reporting and compliance needs of the program. They will assist the Manager, Sustainer Acquisition with sites management, including updating internal documents for site tracking and ensuring all vendors comply with site reporting requirements. The Associate will effectively communicate or distribute information to assist staff in making decisions, solving problems, and improving workflow. They may be asked to take on additional duties to enhance the work of the team.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience or equivalent combination.
Experience building relationships with staff, customers or similar.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, with experience in areas such as PivotTables, complex formulas, data-validation, etc.
Experience in business writing.
Experience working across teams.
Desired Qualifications:
Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
Face-to-face fundraising industry experience appreciated.
Ability to analyze information for the purpose of coordinating and planning activities, and solving problems.
Ability to implement processes and strategic program goals.
Ability to coordinate projects and work under pressure.
Ability to use existing technology to achieve desired results.
Experience interpreting guidelines to achieve desired results.
Strong organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Salary Information:
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $57,300 – $84,,200. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
