Descrição do cargo

O estagiário da área Financeira realizará atividades práticas relacionadas à sua formação, aprendendo com a equipe e o ambiente de trabalho. Atuará no suporte administrativo e financeiro ao departamento ou Unidade de Negócios, auxiliando no levantamento e acompanhamento de transações, bem como na organização de documentos. Executará tarefas rotineiras e eventuais da área financeira e administrativa.

Responsabilidades e Escopo

  • Seguir e promover ativamente nosso Código de Conduta tanto internamente quanto externamente, demonstrando de forma contínua e consistente alinhamento com nossos valores.

  • Apoiar processos administrativos de Finanças e Operações, incluindo contas a pagar, conferência de faturas/notas fiscais, registros de fornecedores e controle de documentos.

  • Organizar arquivos, relatórios e planilhas de controle, apoiando na elaboração e revisão de documentos diversos.

  • Colaborar na logística de reuniões, coordenação de atividades do time e apoio à controladoria em demandas de rotina.

  • Realizar pesquisas, acompanhar solicitações e fornecer feedback sobre status a clientes internos.

  • Atuar de forma colaborativa com a equipe, contribuindo para tarefas administrativas gerais sob supervisão.

Qualificações mínimas

• Estar matriculado(a) em curso superior nas áreas Financeira, Contábil ou correlatas.
• Capacidade de aprender rotinas administrativas e financeiras.
• Organização e capacidade básica de gestão do tempo.
• Capacidade de comunicação escrita e oral.
• Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e interagir em ambientes multiculturais ou multilíngues.

Escolaridade mínima: Cursando nível superior.

Qualificações desejadas

• Experiência ou conhecimento em MS Office (Word, Excel e navegação na Internet).
• Atenção aos detalhes e precisão na execução de tarefas.
• Capacidade de atuar em ambientes com múltiplas demandas.
• Capacidade de comunicação escrita e oral.

Idioma desejado: Inglês básico (desejável intermediário).
