About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Grant Coordinator to join our Growth team and support the management of SunCulture’s growing portfolio of grants. This role is crucial to ensuring that our grant-funded projects, especially Results-Based Financing (RBF) initiatives, are executed with excellence. The Grant Coordinator will work closely with the Grants & Policy Associate and other internal teams to uphold compliance, manage data submissions, and ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with donor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of current and upcoming grant-funded projects, with a focus on RBF grants.

  • Monitor compliance with grant agreements and ensure all deliverables, especially data submissions and milestone reports, are completed on time.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as operations, data, finance, and sales) to gather necessary information and support reporting processes.

  • Maintain grant documentation, including tracking reporting timelines, deliverables, and correspondence with funders.

  • Support the development of internal tools and processes to improve grant tracking, communication, and accountability.

  • Contribute to donor communications by drafting or editing reports, presentations, and updates.

  • Assist with preparing grant proposals or renewal documentation when needed.

  • Represent SunCulture in meetings with external stakeholders and grant partners.

  • You have 2–3+ years of experience in grant management, project coordination, or a related field—experience with Results-Based Financing is a strong plus.

  • You’re a detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • You have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • You’re comfortable working with cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders toward common goals.

  • You’re proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools to manage data and reporting.

  • You’re passionate about sustainable development and excited about working in a mission-driven, impact-focused company.

  • You’re willing to travel occasionally for work.
