About the role:
The Training Manager, Togo, is the country's lead for workforce capability and a strategic business partner to the Country Sales, Collections, and Operations leadership. The role owns the learning agenda for Energy Officers (EOs)/agents, field staff, and office-based teams across every Sun King business line in Togo, ensuring each person has the product knowledge, process discipline, selling and customer-care skills, and digital-tool fluency needed to deliver sales, collections and customer-experience targets.

Beyond delivering training, the Training Manager leads and professionally develops a team of Regional Mentors, drives the adoption of learning technologies suited to a dispersed, mobile-first workforce, and prepares the organisation for new products, pilots and market expansion. Success is measured by business outcomes, not training volume.
