About the role:
We are seeking a hands-on Regional Mentor to build and deliver product, process, sales, and technical training for our field agents and the Area Business Managers selling Solar Home Systems and Inverters across Northern Region. The role holder will be the bridge between HQ product strategy and frontline sales execution by ensuring every Energy Officer can demonstrate, pitch, install, do basic troubleshooting, and close effectively. The Regional Mentor owns agent capability development, content delivery, portfolio-quality coaching, and the feedback flow from the field to HQ, with measurable accountability for the Collection Score contribution and the weighted-unit productivity of agents in their zone.
