About The Role
The Area Trade Developer (ATD) is accountable for driving retail phone sales and expanding Sun King’s retail footprint within an assigned territory. The role focuses on recruiting, enabling, coaching, and managing a network of retail partners while ensuring strong sell-out, excellent retailer engagement, and sustainable business growth.
The ATD serves as the face of Sun King in the market, building long-term relationships with retailers, driving product availability, improving retailer productivity, and ensuring excellent execution of commercial initiatives. Success in this role requires exceptional field execution, strong commercial acumen, territory management skills, and the ability to consistently translate strategy into measurable sales results.
