- Conduct and document periodic facility inspection walkthroughs; identify defects, safety hazards, and maintenance needs and initiate corrective actions before they impact warehouse operations.
- Maintain a comprehensive facility maintenance register — recording all completed, pending, and scheduled works — updated continuously and reviewed with the Warehouse Supervisor monthly.
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for all day-to-day facility-related issues raised by warehouse staff; resolve or escalate within timelines.
- Ensure full compliance with the warehouse lease terms — including rent and service charge payment timelines, maintenance obligations, permitted use conditions, and fit-out or modification approvals.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the landlord(s) and relevant regulatory authorities on all lease-related matters; track and manage timelines for fit-outs, inspections, and lease renewals.

- Conduct and document routine security checks of the premises; report any security concern, breach, or suspicious activity to the Warehouse Supervisor on the same day.
- Manage access authorisation for all warehouse personnel, contractors, and visitors in line with Sun King's security SOPs.
- Liaise with the security service provider to ensure guard deployment, patrol schedules, and incident response protocols are maintained.

- Implement tracking mechanisms for all facility assets; conduct periodic audits to reconcile asset and supplies records and ensure proper usage and custody.
- Coordinate scheduled and preventive maintenance for all warehouse equipment; ensure all equipment is safe, certified, and operational before authorising use.
- Manage facility-related supplies — ensuring critical supplies are available at all times; flag replenishment needs proactively before stockouts occur.
- Manage the facility operations budget — tracking all expenditure (rent, service charges, utilities, maintenance, supplies) against approved budget lines; identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality or safety.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of all facility expenses; prepare and submit monthly reports on facility performance, cost analysis, space utilisation, and operational efficiency to the Warehouse Lead.

Sun King makes solar products affordable to low-income households and businesses via ‘pay-as-you-go’ (PAYG) purchase financing. Sun King installs solar after customers pay a small deposit. Customers then make small, manageable payments of as little as US $0.14 a day via mobile money or cash.
Sun King collects payments digitally through mobile money systems and its 35,000 field agents — over 1 million payments each day. To date, Sun King has extended more than $1.4 billion in PAYG loans to customers.
