The Agent Welfare Coordinator at Sun King will provide strategic guidance to the Agent Welfare Associates, ensuring alignment with HR and overall company goals. The role oversees the collection and reviewing of agent and field data to identify root causes of issues and barriers. It also includes preparing monthly and quarterly dashboards for HR, sales, and business management, highlighting incident patterns and risks. Additionally, the position works with cross-functional teams to ensure that effective corrective action plans are developed and implemented across relevant departments.

What you would be expected to do
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Agent Welfare Associates, ensuring their activities align with HR and overall company goals.
- Foster an enabling environment within the team, promoting professional development and continuous improvement through co-working and joint efforts.
Work with the Country Training Manager to drive field audits on knowledge retention and application of training programs on agents.
Data Collation and Review:
- Oversee the collection and comprehensive review of agent and field data to identify root causes of issues and barriers faced by agents.
- Develop and implement data-guided strategies to address identified issues, ensuring ongoing progress in agent welfare.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly dashboards for HR, sales, and business management groups.
- Highlight key metrics, incident prevalence, risks, and trends to provide actionable insights and inform choice-making processes.
- Work closely with teams across HR, sales, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on agent welfare initiatives.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of corrective action plans to address identified issues and enhance agent assistance across various departments.
- Monitor and report on incident prevalence and risks related to agent welfare, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement proactive measures to reduce risks and enhance overall agent wellbeing and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of policies and procedures related to agent welfare, ensuring they are comprehensive, current, and clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements in all agent welfare activities.
You might be a strong candidate if you have
- At least 7 years of professional experience in human resources management, Training or related field, with a strong focus on employee welfare, relations, and engagement.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating or guiding a team.
- An accredited certification or degree in HR Management.
- Strong data review and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
