About the role:
The Senior Fulfillment Associate ensures operational and data accuracy across multiple markets by managing SAP bookings, inventory reconciliations, and maintaining consistency between systems (SAP, Angaza, Kazi Plan, and others) and physical stock. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, good critical thinking and data management skills, and the work on multiple task while coordinating across several teams and countries. We are looking for a highly data oriented and organized professional who can turn operational data into actionable insights to support business needs and track performance across the region.

What you would be expected to do:
- Manage SAP booking entries and ensure accuracy for all assigned markets.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of inventory and financial records between on the system, and physical stock.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly System report vs Physical Stock reconciliation reports.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly SAP booking trackers with recommended actions and follow-ups.
- Generate monthly SAP reports (Sales, Replacements, FOC, Returns, etc.).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and data visibility across fulfillment operations.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure alignment between system records and operational realities.
- Collect, analyze, and validate operational data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Manage Ops WCAF KPI tracking on a month-to-month basis, ensuring visibility and timely reporting of performance trends.
- Build or update reports, dashboards, and trackers to improve visibility of fulfillment and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with Finance, Programs Team, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve reporting accuracy.
- Participate in audits, system reviews, and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Develop a strong understanding of product pricing structures, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and landing factor calculations to ensure accurate financial reconciliation.
- Assist in validating product cost and margin accuracy across systems and reports.
- Partner with Finance and Impex - Procurement teams to monitor pricing changes and cost implications across markets.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of cost-tracking and financial transparency in fulfillment activities.
- Work closely with internal teams (Finance, OpS, Programs team, Aftersales & Sales) to ensure seamless fulfillment operations.
- Escalate system or process issues impacting accuracy or timelines.
- Provide performance summaries and insights to the Operations Manager – Francophone Countries and other stakeholders.
You might be a strong candidate if you:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a focus.
- Certifications in SAP S/4HANA or Data related courses, are an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in fulfillment, inventory, accounting, or data management roles.
- Experience in multinational or regional operations, especially in retail, logistics, or distribution, is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of cost modeling, margin analysis, and operational KPIs is desirable.
