About the role:
The role holder will be in charge of ensuring that customers’ devices are restored to full functionality quickly and reliably. The role involves diagnosing technical issues, performing component-level repairs, and carrying out preventive maintenance on smartphones. You will handle both hardware and software-related problems, from replacing broken screens and batteries to troubleshooting operating system errors and configuration issues.

What you would be expected to do:
- Perform functional test to triage damaged devices and diagnose failures
- Disassemble, test, and replace defective components
- Test and reclaim specific components and external housings
- Reassemble complete device, following predetermined work instructions
- Perform full functional, cosmetic, and RF testing
- Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures
You might be a strong candidate if you:
- Hold a diploma in Electronics engineering.
- Have a mandatory 2 year plus direct experience in cell phone or other electronic device repair.
- Are familiar with software flashing and RF test experience.
- Have experience using precision tools and technology.
- Are a good team player and excellent of time management.
- Have high integrity and work ethic.
