About the role:
The role holder is in charge of managing and executing all system-related activities that support efficient warehouse operations, ensuring data integrity, accurate inventory tracking, and smooth order processing. This role serves as the bridge between physical warehouse activities and the organization’s Warehouse Management System (WMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.

What you would be expected to do:
- Perform WMS, CRM, and ERP transactions (receipts, transfers, issues)
- Print and attach bin/barcode labels as per SOP
- Assist order staging and picking via handheld devices
- Ensure system accuracy for stock positions
- Raise system-related issues and follow up with IT team
- Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
You would be a strong candidate if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Business-related fields
- Possess 3+ years experience working in a system-based warehouse role in a busy environment
- Have experience with WMS, ERP, and handheld devices
- Demonstrate attention to detail in transaction accuracy and system syncing
- Have advanced skills in large volume data management and analysis skills
- Demonstrate strong comprehension of warehouse process flows and bin logic
- Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work under minimal supervision
