About the role:
The Agent Operations Associate will report to the Head of Marketing, with a dotted line to the Senior Marketing Lead and will manage the delivery and distribution of kits and awards for Energy Officers, coordinating agent promotions, assisting with event logistics, and overseeing merchandise production and distribution for new product launches. This role ensures smooth operational execution of agent-related activities and supports marketing initiatives across Tanzania.

What you would be expected to do:
- Manage the production, distribution, and tracking of Energy Officer deliver kits and awards through the Kazi platform, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager Tanzania to develop, coordinate, and execute promotional activities targeted at agents to boost engagement and sales.
- Facilitate the setup, coordination, and management of conferences, expos, and area launches, ensuring all logistical requirements are met for successful events.
- Oversee the production and timely disbursement of merchandise related to all new product launches, maintaining stock levels and quality standards.
- Liaise with marketing, partnerships, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of agent-related activities and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of kit deliveries, promotional activities, event participation, and merchandise distribution; provide regular updates to the Country Marketing Lead.
You might be a strong candidate if you have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A proven track record in operations, marketing coordination, or agent management roles.
- Strong project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with individuals across different functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with logistics or inventory management systems is a plus.
