We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Partnerships Associate to assist with our growth in the renewable energy sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales and partnership initiatives, particularly in the solar and clean energy markets

What you will be expected to do

Research and source new partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Drive onboarding of new partnerships
Grow existing accounts
Plan and supervise continuous on-going engagement with partners
Address and resolve partners’ complaints
Interact with internal cross functional teams to provide partner inventory projections and process partner
orders from order initiation to shipment phase
Compile reports on account progress, goals, and projections for stakeholders
Develop a thorough knowledge of partners’ needs and requirements

You might be a strong candidate if you

Have Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related field.
Have minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a similar role (experience in renewable energy is a strong plus)
Have experience in customer relationship management.
Have proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
Have strong data skills and problem-solving abilities.
Have proven experience in account management.
Have the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
Have strong negotiation skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Have ability to work well in a team and with less supervision.
Have strong people management skills.
Have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Have ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Have willingness and ability to travel frequently
