What you would be expected to do
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate weekly stock reporting across all SKUs, spare parts (SPs), and marketing materials.
- Lead monthly warehouse stock counts and reconciliations, ensuring variances are promptly investigated and resolved.
- Manage the returns process by verifying all stock returned from shops and ensuring completion of relevant system transactions within 72 hours, with timely feedback provided.
- Ensure all outbound stock is scanned and serial numbers are captured daily, maintaining an up-to-date serial tracker. For Partnership stock, ensure serials are visible within 1 hour of scanning; for EBD stock, ensure visibility 1 day prior to dispatch.
- Facilitate unlock requests for Partner and Employee Purchase Units by coordinating with the Programs team.
- Coordinate efficient stock dispatches based on inventory planning inputs from the collaboration teams.
- Maintain and update key operational trackers daily, including:
- Updated stock quantities
- Partnership serial numbers
- Marketing materials and booklet quantities
- Implement and manage an Aging Inventory SOP to proactively identify and assist with plans for the liquidation of slow-moving stock.
- Verify and confirm all stock receipts at the warehouse upon arrival.
- Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse dispatches and receipts, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
You might be a strong candidate if you
- Have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Possess organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Hold at least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management.
- Have experience with stock reconciliation, inventory tracking systems, and returns management processes.
- Have good communication and social skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across departments and levels.
