About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our team in Kenya. The primary obligations of this role is to conduct failure analysis on our products to identify root causes of failures and recommend corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical analysis, problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.

What you would be expected to do:
- Perform Product and Electronic component failure analysis using appropriate tools and methods
- Regular field visit to collect / investigate / verify / resolve customer’s complaint.
- Regularly maintain Zambia troubleshooting result done by other teams (after sales team)
- Assist in the critical quality risk product control, deploy immediate actions locally for mitigating the risk.
- Coordinate and work with service team for continuous improvement troubleshooting process.
- Give assistance (Qualification & Failure analysis) to the partner once claim occurrence.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure continuous improvement of the team's technical capabilities and knowledge.
You might be a strong candidate if you:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or above, major in Engineering or equivalent applicable experience.
- Demonstrate proven experience in product failure analysis or a similar technical role.
- Possess strong comprehension of failure analysis techniques and tools.
- Are proficient in using diagnostic equipment and software.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Are able to work alone and as part of a team.
- Have knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices is a plus
