About the role:
The Program Optimization Intern at Sun King will assist with various tasks related to Inverter Sales, customer payments, and tracking processes. This role will involve working closely with sales teams, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, analytical, and capable of addressing operational challenges effectively.

What you would be expected to do:

Sales Support:
  • Perform Inverter sales payment verification, customer debit order onboarding & enrollment
  • Assist in processing customer payment confirmations and ensuring successful onboarding of debit orders
  • Coordination with sales team to ensure timely enrollment of new customers and payment enrollment
  • Assist in sales payment allocation (ie ensuring payments are made to the correct and corresponding customer accounts)
  • Work closely with closely with sales management team to ensure compliance with defined sales process
Monitoring of Sales and Payment processes:
  • Monitoring of Sales Tracker to ensure all transactions, payments and performance metrics are accurate and up-to-date
  • Support Sale teams in accurate and timely data tracking to ensure efficient and timely sales to be conducted
Agent Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for resolving any incentive-related issues or queries raised by agents
  • Ensure timely resolutions to maintain agent retention and satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Assist with the creation & maintenance of reports related to payments, sales tracking and agent performance
  • Work with the sales and programs teams to identify trends and areas of optimazation using analytical skills
Ad-roc Responsibilities:
  • Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by the reporting line, which will contribute to the efficient running of Inverter Sales, Agent and Customer related programs
  • Field visits, periodically, to assist in project evaluation and implementation
  • Gather feedback from Agents/ABMs/RBMs on issues and challenges faced in the field
  • New products testing both in the office and the field
  • Assist in conducting field pilots for new products/services

You might be a strong candidate if you:

  • 0-1 year of experience (recent graduates)
  • A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Great collaboration skills and great team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential customer and financial data.
