What you will be expected to do:
- Work with EasyBuy Direct and other field managers to align HR strategies with business goals, design field-specific HR initiatives, and provide evidence-based insights to enhance sales team performance.
- Facilitate recruitment and onboarding for field sales roles, ensuring diversity and gender balance. Identify training needs, facilitate learning and development programs, and create career development plans for employees
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for field sales teams, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and designing engagement programs to enhance motivation, retention, and alignment with company values.
- Oversee the end-to-end performance management process, including performance reviews, improvement plans, disciplinary meetings, and recognition of top performers.
- Promote company values and foster a positive work environment through culture-building activities and effective change management initiatives.
- Use HR metrics to identify trends, recommend improvement areas, and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies in all field operations.
- Partner with managers to address performance issues, assist, and equip them with tools and training to effectively manage and develop their teams.
You might be a strong candidate if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a field-based or sales-focused role.
- Proven ability to work effectively with sales teams, recognizing their unique needs and complexities.
- Strong relational and communication abilities to build relationships with employees at all levels and foster teamwork.
- Expertise in HR metrics, reporting, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and their application to field operations.
- Ability to spend at least 70 % of the time at the field meeting and working with different field sales teams.
