Role Overview

The Country Manager oversees the operation, expansion, and performance of the company’s

charging and energy infrastructure. This role leads national operations, ensures

technical and regulatory compliance, drives network growth, and manages key partnerships to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide operations of the charging and energy network, ensuring high availability,

safety, and efficiency.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance and manage vendor performance.

• Plan, execute, and commission new sites, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

• Manage project budgets, procurement, and contracts.

• Identify new site opportunities and manage partnerships with utilities, government

agencies, real estate owners, and fleet operators.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and electrical standards.

• Provide technical oversight for electrical systems, grid integration, and EV charging

technologies.

• Lead and develop cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and customer

service.

• Monitor network performance, utilisation, and downtime, providing regular reports to

leadership.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and coordinate resolution of service issues.

• Support innovation, renewable energy integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Energy Systems, or related field (master's
• preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure operations, energy systems, telecom, or EV
• charging.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure, power distribution, and AC/DC
• systems.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and multi-site operations.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and utility processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
