About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with 3 to 4 years of expertise in Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, in-depth knowledge of Zoho customization, and the ability to provide Level 2 (L2) support to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions within Zoho CRM and other Zoho products.

• Write and optimize Deluge scripts to build custom workflows, functions, and automations.

• Provide L2 support by troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.

• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and modules based on business needs.

• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools via APIs and webhooks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across Zoho systems.

• Stay updated with Zoho’s latest features and proactively suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.

• Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting and Zoho customization.

• Experience in API integrations, JSON, and webhooks.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience providing L2 support for Zoho applications.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customizations.

• Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator) are a plus.
