About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry. This role demands deep expertise in quality systems, compliance, audits, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp eye for detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and a proven ability to lead teams in maintaining world-class quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Quality Assurance function for manufacturing operations
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards
• Oversee and improve supplier quality, in-process quality, and final product validation
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement robust Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Prepare for and lead customer audits, certification audits, and internal audits
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics and ensure targets are consistently achieved
• Lead cross-functional teams in quality improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S)
• Foster a culture of zero-defect mindset and continuous improvement across teams
• Ensure full regulatory and customer compliance for product quality and safety

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 20+ years of core experience in quality assurance within the automotive manufacturing sector
• Expertise in quality tools like FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, and Control Plans
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, customer-specific requirements, and OEM standards
• Proven leadership in managing large quality teams, multiple production lines, and global customer audits
