¿What will your mission at Sistema.bio be?

As a Graphic Design & Multimedia Intern within the global team, you will support the execution and evolution of Sistema.bio’s visual identity through creative projects with international reach.

You will collaborate with teams across Africa, LATAM, Asia, EU, and the UK, with a particular focus on India, contributing to the consistency and relevance of the brand across different cultural contexts.

This internship is designed as a real learning experience, focused on skill development through active participation, mentorship, and exposure to global projects, without implying an employment relationship or the responsibilities of a formal & full time position.

¿What will you do as an intern?:

During your internship, you will be part of the Global Marketing & Communications team, working closely with the India team. You will support the creation of content for social media, digital channels, and educational materials aimed at farmers and institutional clients. In this role, you will not only execute tasks, but also contribute ideas, explore creative directions, and actively participate in the creative process.

You will mainly support in the following areas:

  • Participation in creative sessions for the development of new concepts, campaigns, and visual materials.
  • Design of graphic and multimedia assets using tools such as Adobe Suite and Canva.
  • Basic and intermediate photo editing in Photoshop or Affinity.
  • Editing reels, shorts, and videos for social media, based on real farmer testimonials from different countries.
  • Visual design support for landing pages developed in WordPress and Squarespace.
  • Development of visual content related to topics such as:
    • agriculture and soil regeneration,
    • organic and human waste management and treatment,
    • education on the climate crisis and super pollutants,
    • carbon markets and food value chains.
  • Creation of illustrations, infographics, and iconography that help translate technical and safety knowledge into clear and accessible materials for a general audience.

This is an unpaid, learning-oriented professional internship focused on training, mentorship, and hands-on experience. It does not imply an employment relationship or the responsibilities of a formal position. The internship duration is 3 to 4 months, depending on the academic requirements of each educational institution.

Active students of Design, Communication, Marketing, UX/UI, or any creative field, with the ability to interpret briefs and translate them into visual pieces adapted to different audiences and cultural contexts.
Conversational English is required for this internship, as it will be the main language used to communicate with our team in India.
