Join our dynamic team at Siemens Energy in Finspång as a Commercial Sales Manager, where you will lead the financial and commercial aspects of project acquisition, bid preparation, and contract negotiations for our global service business. Imagine collaborating closely with Technical Sales Managers and regional sales teams to develop competitive and profitable customer solutions. You will conduct tender analyses to identify risks and ensure compliance with company guidelines, all while fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Partner closely with Technical Sales Managers throughout the sales and bidding process to create competitive customer solutions.
- Conduct tender analyses to identify and mitigate commercial, financial, and legal risks.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and contribute to the internal approval process for all proposals.
- Identify and assess commercial risks and opportunities related to contracts, payment terms, and financial instruments.
- Drive continuous improvements in bidding and commercial processes, enhancing efficiency and customer focus.
What You Bring
- A university degree in business administration, finance, law, or a comparable discipline, or extensive professional experience in commercial bid and sales management.
- Experience in commercial bid management, contract negotiation, and risk management.
- Proficiency in financial management, including knowledge of calculation methods and finance models.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Salesforce (SFDC), and SAP.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English.
