A Snapshot of Your Day
You work closely with customers, consultants, sales teams, bid managers, legal experts, and project execution teams to deliver customized energy distribution solutions for data centers and process industries. Your day includes understanding customer needs, coordinating technical and commercial proposals, leading negotiations, monitoring opportunities through CRM tools, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to project execution. You also build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities across Belgium, and later in the South of the Netherlands and North of France.
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Responsibility for managing and monitoring sales activities for energy distribution solutions in international data center and process industry markets
  • Identification of customer requirements and coordination of tailored technical and commercial solutions aligned with the available solutions portfolio and business strategy
  • Development of trusted customer relationships, commercial negotiations, and alignment of contractual and financial terms with internal stakeholders
  • Coordination of technical, financial, and risk assessments, ensuring offer traceability, CRM accuracy, and implementation of corrective actions when required
  • Ownership of the handover process from commercial agreement to project execution, including preparation of all relevant documentation
  • Promotion and expansion of business opportunities through prospect identification, market development, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional leadership
What You Bring
  • Knowledge of sales and commercial negotiation techniques within technical or industrial environments
  • Technical understanding of electrical engineering, thermodynamics, and mechanical systems, including applications such as turbo-generator sets
  • Experience in customer-facing roles involving complex technical solutions and coordination of multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills with customers and internal partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, and familiarity with AI-based tools
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered an advantage

Our Transformation of Industry division is driving the decarbonization of energy-intensive industries while delivering advanced electrical energy distribution solutions for critical infrastructure, including datacenters. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key enablers of the energy transition, while demand for green hydrogen and sustainable fuels continues to grow. We help customers reduce emissions, improve resilience, and optimize operations through a unique combination of electrification, energy efficiency, digitalization, hydrogen, and carbon capture solutions.
