A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our global and diverse Gas Services (GS) organization, where effective business processes, continuous improvement, and cross-organizational collaboration are key to operational excellence.

As a Senior Service Quality Professional, you will help shape how our most important service business processes are designed, governed, and continuously improved across regions and central functions. Acting as a facilitator, improvement driver, and process management expert, you will bring together diverse stakeholders to solve complex problems, align on common ways of working, and drive sustainable improvements across organizational boundaries.

Whether facilitating a Lean workshop, supporting a root cause analysis after a significant non-conformance, assessing process effectiveness, or moderating a strategic workshop with one of our Regional Service Units, you will help turn challenges into structured actions and lasting business impact.

Building on our Siemens Energy Process House and process documentation foundation, you will contribute to creating a living process ecosystem that increases transparency, reduces risk, prevents recurring issues, and creates value across regions, central functions, and the wider value chain.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Moderate cross-organizational sessions following significant Non-Conformances – bringing the involved organizations to a common understanding of the problem, the root causes and the way forward
  • Facilitate strategic workshops for our Regional Service Units and central functions, providing end to end support : objective setting, preparation, methodology, documentation and follow-up
  • Leverage insights from Audits, Non-conformances corrective actions / Lessons Learned for continuous improvement, applying structured problem-solving and risk-based thinking to process design and governance
What You Bring
  • University degree in engineering, business, quality management, or a comparable field
  • Strong track record in process management, process governance, continuous improvement and cross-functional transformation within complex global organizations, delivering sustainable business value across operational functions
  • Sound quality management background: quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001), Non-Conformance management, CAPA and root cause analysis, and their integration into daily processes

  • Experience in process risk management, process capability assessment, process effectiveness measurement and KPI definition and tracking
  • Affinity for digitalization and AI to make process knowledge accessible and processes smarter (e.g., SEPH, BIC Cloud, and related tools)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, moderation and communication skills, with the ability to navigate between different organizations and interests in a neutral and solution-oriented way
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally (EU and US)
