Within the Global DC HUB Organisation, you will be working in our Hardware operations department, supporting our business with Hardware operation demands and projects globally.

We are looking for a motivated IT professional who is interested in hardware portfolio management and eager to develop in an international environment. The successful candidate will support the Global DC HUB Hardware Operations team in managing audiovisual (AV) hardware demands and projects, from initial documentation and onboarding through configuration and handover to operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage hardware-related projects and demands in ServiceNow, ensuring that records are accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders to understand their requirements and document demands clearly and consistently.
• Learn, follow, and support the established onboarding process for new AV equipment to be added to the hardware portfolio.
• Track demand progress, dependencies, risks, and next steps, and provide clear status updates to the relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain structured documentation for hardware products, configurations, processes, decisions, and operational handover.
• Contribute to hardware portfolio reviews by monitoring technology trends, product developments, and industry best practices.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to demand management, hardware onboarding, and operational readiness.
• Work closely with international teams and contribute to effective communication and collaboration across functions and regions.

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• A strong interest in hardware portfolio management, IT service management, and audiovisual technologies. Previous professional experience is welcome but not required.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of hardware technologies, current market trends, and industry best practices.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate clearly in an international environment.
• A structured and well-organized way of working, strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and a proactive learning mindset.
