Join Siemens Gamesa and take the lead in keeping offshore wind turbines performing at their best. As a Troubleshooter, you will lead technician teams delivering service, maintenance, repair, and fault-finding activities across offshore wind farms in Ustka and Łeba. You will play a key role in maximizing turbine availability and improving Mean Time Between Visits (MTBV) while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and service delivery. Every day brings new technical challenges, opportunities to mentor others, and the chance to contribute directly to the energy transition through reliable renewable power generation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead technician and troubleshooting teams to deliver scheduled and unscheduled maintenance safely, efficiently, and in line with quality, time, and cost targets.
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting active safety leadership, reporting incidents and near misses, and ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, and site requirements.
• Collaborate with technicians, customers, and contractors to resolve technical issues, optimize turbine performance, and improve reliability across the wind farm.
• Develop team capability by mentoring technicians, providing on-site supervision, and delivering technical and safety Toolbox Talks.
• Maintain accurate documentation, support Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and ensure all work meets customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• You have experience working as a Senior or Advanced Technician on the D7 platform or comparable platforms, with a strong ambition to further develop your expertise within the D7 platform.
• You have proven leadership, decision-making, and team development skills, along with experience working closely with customers and contractors.
• You have practical knowledge of health and safety legislation and experience writing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• You are proficient with MS Office, MORS, and remote diagnostic tools, and you can perform effectively in a fast-paced offshore environment.
• You are fluent in Polish and English and are willing and able to work offshore, including transfers by helicopter for crew changes and troubleshooting activities.

You will join a dedicated offshore service team focused on maintaining and optimizing Siemens Gamesa wind turbine generators. The team is responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities that keep offshore assets operating safely and efficiently. Collaboration, safety, and technical excellence are at the heart of everything the team does. Experienced technicians work closely together to solve complex challenges, share knowledge, and continuously improve performance. The team also plays an important role in developing technical competence, mentoring colleagues, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and contractors. Together, they support reliable renewable energy generation while helping drive the transition to a more sustainable energy future.
