A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day centers on complex quality and operational issues that need structured investigation. You facilitate cross-functional teams through methodologies like 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Fishbone to pinpoint what went wrong and why. You track open cases, follow up with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and service, and push corrective actions through to closure. You prepare reports and present findings to management and customers, translating technical findings into clear conclusions. Throughout, you look for systemic patterns that point to bigger improvement opportunities beyond the immediate case.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex quality, reliability, and operational challenges
- Drive root cause identification and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of gates
- Prepare professional reports and present findings to customers, management, and key stakeholders
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical discipline
- Experience in quality, engineering, manufacturing, service, or continuous improvement environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured, data-driven mindset
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, fluent in English
