About the Role
A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves executing the mechanical dismantling, inspection, overhauling, and assembly of gas turbines, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You coordinate tooling inspections, subcontractor activities, spare parts management, and technical measurements while maintaining strict compliance with EHS requirements and supporting the reliability of critical power generation assets.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Execute gas turbine dismantling, overhauling, assembly, and reassembly activities in accordance with established maintenance and service procedures.
- Perform precision mechanical work and measurements using specialized tools and equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring all technical tasks, inspections, and measurements are completed according to required standards.
- Coordinate the inspection, inventory, handling, and packing of specialized tooling, spare parts, and consumables throughout service activities.
- Maintain strict compliance with EHS requirements, participate in safety briefings and training, and support turbine re-commissioning activities during outage execution.
What You Bring
- Technical High School Diploma or Vocational Institute qualification in Industrial Mechanics, Mechatronics, or a related mechanical discipline, with a minimum of 5 years of gas turbine maintenance and overhaul experience.
- Certified in EHS/Occupational Safety, Rigging and Lifting Safety, and Gas Turbine Mechanical Maintenance.
- Strong hands-on expertise in gas turbine mechanical maintenance, overhauls, precision measurements, and mechanical testing activities.
- Skilled in manual mechanical tasks such as grinding, filing, blading, and sawing, with the ability to maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
- Proven ability to supervise subcontractors, manage tooling and inventory, maintain technical documentation, ensure EHS compliance, and communicate effectively in English.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
