About the Role
A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves leading generator maintenance and outage activities by troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting generator auxiliary systems and windings to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient power generation. You coordinate site operations, tools, logistics, and subcontractors while collaborating with engineering, outage, and HSE teams to resolve technical issues, improve maintenance processes, and minimize equipment downtime.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform maintenance, repair, overhauls, modifications, and upgrades of generator auxiliary systems and windings during planned and unplanned outages.
- Support generator, steam turbine, and gas turbine maintenance activities while ensuring the availability of spare parts and resources.
- Coordinate outage preparation activities, including tooling inspections, material handling, logistics, and subcontractor management.
- Collaborate with project managers, outage managers, and HSE teams to ensure efficient outage execution and compliance with safety standards.
- Lead daily maintenance activities, manage shift handovers, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvements in tools, equipment, and maintenance processes.
What You Bring
- Diploma in technical discipline or equivalent vocational qualification, with at least 5 years of experience in generator maintenance or electro-mechanical systems.
- Certified in Electrical Safety and HSE, with a strong commitment to safety compliance, risk assessment, and quality assurance practices.
- Hands-on expertise in generator winding repair, electro-mechanical disassembly, precision measurements, and auxiliary systems troubleshooting.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, international standards, and using MS Office and digital tools for reporting and documentation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, including subcontractor management, logistics coordination, shift handovers, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
