- Leadership of the program roadmap, workstreams, milestones, priorities, resources, governance, KPIs, budgets, risks, and compliance status
- Translation of cybersecurity goals into clear deliverables with accountable ownership, and preparation of reports and decision proposals for senior management
- Coordination of implementation of CRA, NIS2, and IEC 62443 requirements, including support for certification and recertification activities
- Integration of cybersecurity requirements into PLM, development, release, service, cloud, and vulnerability-management processes
- Collaboration with product management, engineering, cloud operations, service, quality, legal, and cybersecurity teams to align roles, resolve conflicts, and support communication, training, and change activities
- A degree in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, business information systems, or a comparable discipline; equivalent professional experience is also welcome
- Several years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, engineering, compliance, or program management, including several years leading complex, cross-functional technical programs or transformations
- Strong working knowledge of IEC 62443 and the EU Cyber Resilience Act, plus a good understanding of NIS2, secure product development, vulnerability management, and cloud-security governance
- Experience with regulatory, standards-based, or certification requirements, ideally in product or industrial cybersecurity and internationally distributed organizations
- Fluent business English; German or other relevant languages are beneficial
