A Snapshot of Your Day

You start the day by connecting people, priorities and processes across our Substation business in Europe & Africa. You create clarity in complex workflows; make sure decisions are prepared at the right time and help teams navigate governance requirements efficiently. A central part of your role is coordinating the internal bid-approval procedure through which technical, commercial, contractual and compliance risks are made transparent before commitments are released.

You will own and continuously improve coordination routines, management interfaces and process transparency across the bid-to-execution chain.

If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, coordinating diverse stakeholders and making processes simpler and more reliable, this role offers the opportunity to shape how our organization works; not merely to administer it.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Create a reliable process rhythm: maintain the regional LoA outlook, coordinate meeting slots and ensure that stakeholders, inputs and decision documents are ready on time.
  • Act as the central interface between bid teams, sub-regions, management and expert functions; clarify responsibilities, connect open topics and drive them to closure without taking ownership away from the accountable project teams.
  • Support teams in applying processes and tools correctly, challenge completeness and consistency, and turn recurring pain points into practical improvements that strengthen decision material, data quality, workflows, guidance, templates, tool usage and interfaces.
  • Contribute to broader PMO process-governance topics, harmonization initiatives, audits, trainings and implementation of updated standards across the region.

What You Bring

  • Genuine interest in processes and governance, combined with the curiosity to understand why a process exists and the courage to improve how it works.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and interdependencies with reliability and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, structured and service-oriented mindset: you enjoy making it easier for others to make good decisions while maintaining clear governance standards.
  • Confidence in working across functions, cultures and organizational levels, with the persistence and diplomacy to follow up, challenge constructively and drive closure.
  • Analytical capability and experience with reporting, workflow or collaboration tools; project-excellence processes or Salesforce is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
  • Business-fluent English; further European languages are an advantage.
