A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Technical Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic technical projects that transition priority technologies from concept to implementation. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that validation activities are executed with precision. You will lead proof-of-concept initiatives, engage with external partners, and provide clear recommendations to senior leadership, all while maintaining a focus on measurable business impact.
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Own the full lifecycle of strategic technology validation projects, from project framing and scope definition to execution and implementation handover
  • Lead cross-functional technical project teams across Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Strategy, Business Areas, and external partners
  • Plan and execute proof-of-concept, pilot, prototype, and validation activities for priority grid technologies
  • Establish and run the PMO cadence for technology validation projects, including milestone reviews, risk reviews, and resource tracking
  • Align technical validation work with portfolio priorities and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Prepare decision-ready outputs for leadership, including go/no-go recommendations and risk mitigation actions
What You Bring
  • Relevant and applicable bachelor’s degree or diploma
  • Longterm experience in Technical Program Management with a strong technical background
  • Proven experience managing external service providers in a technical capacity
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous technology opportunities into clear priorities and executable plans
  • Credibility in technical environments with a focus on delivering quality outcomes and business impact
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and manage teams from a technical perspective
