As a Resource Planner within Siemens Energy’s Gas Services division in Egypt, you will target candidates who are analytical, collaborative, and passionate about optimizing resource deployment in the energy sector. You will engage in meaningful projects that enhance operational efficiency across power generation and oil & gas initiatives, directly impacting our team, clients, and partners while supporting Siemens Energy’s mission of sustainable energy solutions. How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive deployment plans to optimize resource utilization across power generation and oil & gas sectors.
  • Collaborate with Field Service and Project Managers to identify and fulfill project staffing requirements.
  • Coordinate with international resource pools to manage supply and demand fluctuations effectively.
  • Formulate and supervise the annual hiring plan in alignment with operational requirements.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure resource utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using advanced data analysis tools to support strategic decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in planning, project controls, or resource scheduling.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel modeling and data analysis.
  • Experience in Power BI dashboard development and resource scheduling.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional team alignment and stakeholder management.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) are preferred.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
