A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Operative Administrative, you will provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to an assigned professional or management team. You will help ensure the smooth running of office activities by coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, documentation, reporting, and information flow.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to efficient administrative processes in a dynamic renewable energy environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform a variety of day-to-day administrative and organizational activities in support of the assigned team.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and other business activities.
- Prepare meeting minutes, protocols, and related documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reconcile travel and expense reports.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone communications.
- Monitor information flow and maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
- Prepare presentations, reports, statistical charts, and business briefings.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and assist with the analysis of monthly budget activities where required.
- Assist with the implementation and integration of new office technologies and administrative systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Support general office administration and contribute to efficient team operations.

Relevant previous experience in administration, office support, team assistance, coordination, or a similar environment would be beneficial.
