A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will be developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that strengthen employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall workforce performance. This role supports the organization’s employee development strategy by creating engaging learning experiences, facilitating instructor-led training, maintaining training materials and records, and partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to identify and address skill gaps in the Gibsonton Florida Location.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Facilitate engaging training for hourly and salaried employees, including onboarding, leadership, professional development, and workplace skills developing and maintaining training materials, presentations, job aids, assessments, and standardized curricula.
  • Support workforce development initiatives including cross-training, upskilling, career progression, and employee qualification programs.
  • Coordinate New Employee Orientation and other site training programs to ensure a consistent employee learning experience.
  • Manage training schedules, logistics, attendance, records, and Learning Management System activities.
  • Track training completion and effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data.
  • Support the site's Training Center and continuous improvement efforts related to workforce capability and standardization.

What you Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • 4 or more years of experience in training, learning and development, facilitation, workforce development, organizational development, or a related field, manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience facilitating non-technical training for groups of employees with strong presentation, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to develop clear, engaging, and professional training materials.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple training programs, schedules, and priorities simultaneously with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
  • This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
