A Snapshot of Your Day
You start your day by working with stakeholders across the PLM/S4HANA digital transformation program and the Clarification & Logistics organization. You collaborate with subject matter experts, process owners, business leaders, and project teams to align business requirements, optimize service and logistics processes, and support organizational readiness. Throughout the day, you facilitate workshops, contribute to process harmonization and solution design activities, monitor user adoption, and provide leadership updates. Your role combines business transformation, process management, change management, and digitalization to ensure the successful implementation of PLM360 and SAP S/4HANA solutions across a global service organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Central coordination of business transformation and digital transformation activities between the PLM/S4HANA Get Ready Team and the Clarification & Logistics organization, ensuring alignment of business priorities, requirements, and deployment readiness
  • Support and coaching of subject matter experts, SIPOC owners, and process stakeholders in business process design, process mapping, business analysis, workflow optimization, user story development, and organizational readiness activities
  • Facilitation of cross-functional collaboration across Clarification & Logistics, Global Order Management, Engineering, Field Service, and Service Operations to drive process harmonization, operational excellence, and end-to-end process integration
  • Translation of business requirements into process definitions, system requirements, user stories, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting PLM360, Teamcenter, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise digital solutions
  • Planning and delivery of knowledge transfer, stakeholder engagement, training programs, workshops, user acceptance testing, feedback management, change communication, and business adoption monitoring
  • Creation of leadership transparency through transformation reporting, readiness assessments, risk management, stakeholder communication, and support of sustainable organizational change and future operating model development
What You Bring
  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience driving PLM, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives in complex industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of service operations, logistics processes, clarification processes, and end-to-end business process integration
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Teamcenter, PLM360, requirements management, and business process harmonization initiatives
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholders across organizational levels, and drive business readiness and adoption
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills, combined with an analytical mindset and excellent English language proficiency; German language skills are an advantage
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
