Imagine leading a dynamic team to ensure flawless operations in a cutting-edge office environment. As a Facility management and service professional, you’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate with suppliers, ensure compliance with regulations, and support RE projects. From managing preventive maintenance to supervising CAPEX and OPEX projects, your role is vital in keeping the office’s facility and equipment safe, clean, and efficient. You’ll dive into project management, people management, and cross-departmental collaboration, review maintenance plans, and implement solutions—all while fostering a culture of safety and excellence. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support office fit-out, refurbishment, minor renovation, and workplace improvement projects from planning through execution and handover.
- Ensure Safety and Compliance: Ensure all facility operations and projects comply with corporate EHS requirements, local regulations, and office standards. Manage emergency preparedness, fire protection systems, and workplace safety programs within office facilities.
- Oversee daily facility management activities including maintenance, housekeeping, security, utilities, and workplace services. Monitor facility performance and service providers to ensure service quality and business continuity.
- Drive Project Success: Manage CAPEX and OPEX timelines, verify project documentation, and ensure proper acceptance procedures upon completion.
- Provide facility and project management support to manufacturing sites when required and travel domestically as needed to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
What You Bring
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Property Management, or related industries.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of MEP systems, familiarity with building operations, facility management practices, workplace standards, and engineering systems. Understanding of EHS regulations, workplace safety requirements, and risk management principles.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to lead teams and collaborate with vendors.
- Technology Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of computer tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
